Welcome to FRIENDS OF DONOVAN SAADIQ! A bit about me. I am a former USAF Flight Officer and a Civilian Airport Operations Manager. I previously ran for Moreno Valley City Council District 5 in 2014 in a Recall Election that was successful in removing the incumbent. Since that election I have stayed active in city politics and am currently helping my district and community by working on the water problem that has stifled my neighborhood from developing. I am an original resident of Moreno Valley having lived and still living in Edgemont from the time I was 7 years old. Upon graduation from high school I was lucky enough to be stationed right back at March AFB to where I started my military career as a KC-10A aircraft mechanic. I have served in every military operation from Desert Shield/Storm to Afghanistan.

Education for me is a lifelong pursuit as I am trying to finish my Master's degree from Ft. Hays State University in "Health Science". to which I am 1 year away. I am one of those people that likes to learn about everything! Doesn't make me an expert but its never a negative for anybody who wants to learn something they never knew and better themselves.
